FaceTite is comparable to a surgical facelift, without the large scars. It provides dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure such as a facelift. FaceTite utilizes minimally invasive radio-frequency energy to melt fat and tighten skin for a younger looking complexion.

What does it feel like?

FaceTite is a minimally-invasive procedure performed with a very small wand under local anesthesia or light sedation to help patients remain comfortable during the treatment. You will simply feel a little pressure where the treatment is being performed.

What is the downtime?

Usually 2 days and up to 10. Depending on the treatment area, wearing a compression garment may be recommended.

How long does it take?

Treatment time varies but usually takes 30-60 minutes.

How many treatments do I need?

Most only need one treatment.

When will I see results?

Results vary but can usually be seen a couple of days after treatment with best results noticeable after 6 weeks and continuing up to 12 months.

FaceTite Disclaimer (Face Only)

Results may vary from patient to patient and although FacetTite results are typically successful, these results are not guaranteed.

Before deciding if FaceTite is the appropriate procedure for your desired outcomes, please consult your doctor about any medical conditions you may have including but not limited to a recent surgery, pre-existing medical conditions, and/or any known sensitivities or allergies.

Treatment: FaceTite treatment involves applying heat to the adipose (fat) tissue and dermis using radiofrequency for therapeutic purposes and is normally tolerable for patients.

Risks: Before undergoing treatment, it is important to read and have a clear understanding of the possible experiences and/or risks associated with the procedure:

  • Temporary bruising and/or swelling of the face
  • Temporary redness of the treated area
  • Potential for scarring, though highly unlikely

The physicians at Gulf Coast Facial Plastics assess every patient on an individual basis and will only perform procedures they are confident in.
